Meet Dr. Tim Verceles

Dr. Verceles is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area. He attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, CA. Dr. Verceles graduated with a BS degree in genetics from UC Davis. He attended dental school at UC San Francisco and completed his General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, CA.

Dr.Verceles is the past director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Highland Hospital. He was the past director of Special Care Dentistry and Implant Restorative Dentistry at Highland Hospital.

Dr. Verceles is currently faculty at the University of Pacific, Dugoni School of Dentistry.  He is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences and teaches Integrated Clinical Sciences, with the first years, Radiology with the second years, and in the Special Care Clinic with the third year students. He also is on faculty with the Pacific AEGD residents at the Union City AEGD clinic.

Dr. Verceles has advanced training in comprehensive restorative dentistry. He is trained in full mouth reconstruction, cosmetic and implant dentistry. He has an oral sedation permit from the state of California.

He holds a Fellowship and Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. He was elected as a Fellow in the American College of Dentists in 2018.

In his spare time, Dr. Verceles enjoys traveling with his wife, Marilou and his three kids, Victoria, Jonathan, and Christopher. He is involved with the Boy Scouts, CYO basketball and providing dental care to low-income, vulnerable populations when time allows.
